This is a new build (not renovation) with the exterior entirely constructed using local natural stone blocks. A 100 square metre house costs approximately €130.000-€160.000. To build the Riu Rau, Valencian or Iberian models in brick and rendered build the cost is approximately €700-€900 per sq m, making a 100 square metre house around €70.000-€90.000. This is a new build (not renovation) using brick and breeze-block materials, plastering, rendering plus white exterior paint finish.
